“When I was looking for something meaningful to do to pass the time at home during the lockdown I
remembered Monika’s online yoga class. The course is eight weeks long and every week you get infos about health and detailed descriptions of two yoga poses accompanied by a video.
The timing is good as you have to learn by listening, watching and imitating the poses. Then you practice for a week before you learn new poses . It did help that I have some yoga experience . I found it also very helpful to get more explanations on the linked FB page. Anyone doing the course can ask questions and Monika will patiently point out and show important features of the pose.
